Californians Wanting To Protect State OHV Funds Have A Deadline Of March 14, 2017

CALIFORNIANS WANTING TO PROTECT STATE OHV FUNDS HAVE A DEADLINE OF MARCH 14

Greetings from the Yamaha Outdoor Access Initiative,

California has a proud tradition of OHV recreation – one that is being threatened by recently-introduced legislation that could divert funds generated by OHV riders to other, non-motorized uses by the California State Park and Recreation Commission.  If you have an opinion on this subject, we encourage you to share it with the California legislative committee before their hearing on March 14.  The attached document provides some additional details about the bill and includes a link to the ARRA email generator for state legislators – to make it easy for your voice to be heard.

As always, we thank you for all you do to support responsible, sustainable open access for outdoor and motorized recreation.

Sincerely,
